ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Licensed Staff Agent/Account Representative for State Farm, Chris McCreery Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Market to and run sales appointments with existing customers and prospects

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Insurance Agency Experience Preferred 
  • Indiana PC/LH Insurance License or ability to obtain License required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Auto/Home/Commercial/Life insurance sales experience preferred.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
